Purgatory Pasta: The Redux

My second attempt was much more successful.

1 Yellow Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Green Onion
2 TBSP Cheap Olive Oil
1/2 Whole Tomato
A large Supply of Spinach leaves
A Fair Amount of Spaghetti

Cut the onion, garlic, green onion and tomato into pieces.
Saute Spinach in olive oil with Garlic, Onion, Green Onion and some Basil.

Boil and drain pasta. Add sauteed stuff, top with tomatoes. Serve with chicken prepared however you please.

THIS TIME, WE DISCOVERED "FLAVOR"

2 tbsp olive oil
3 cups vegetable stock
1 28-oz can diced tomoatoes or
5-8 fresh tomatoes, diced + 1/2 cup water
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
